Terms & Conditions 

Purchasing 

We used square or paypal to operate a secure credit card system to handle online orders. We are happy to take purchase orders from recognised companies. Please contact us either by e-mail on sales@charlesworthmouldings.co.uk or phone 01675 470382 

Prices / VAT 

Please note that prices do not include VAT. This will be added in the checkout stage. 
 

Postage and packing (shipping) 

This cost is automatically calculated at the checkout please contact us if you require a bespoke quote.

All orders will be sent tracked, please contact for tracking numbers if required.

For certain orders, the carriage added on the web site is insufficient. Should this happen we will contact you about the additional cost.

If for any reason the fees are not paid and goods returned, the customer will be liable for all shipping costs. 

Correctly supplied items returned for credit will incur a 10% handling charge – min £6.00

International 

Please contact us for details of worldwide delivery charges.

Following the UK’s exit from the EU we no longer charge VAT on sales to EU customers.

EU businesses will need to provide an EORI number.

You may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are levied once your shipment reaches your country. These additional charges are to be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and we can not predict when they may occur. This is because customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further details. Our carriers deal with customs clearance and a commercial invoice will be included with your order. You will receive notification from the carrier of any VAT or Duty levied by the destination country, this will need to be paid prior to delivery. These charges are not included in the shipping price and are payable by the customer.

Delivery Times 

Most items will be in stock and will be dispatched the next working day after your order is received. Otherwise, please allow 7-10 days.

Custom, and special order items delivery times will be advised.

Complaints, exchanges and returns 

If you are not satisfied with any of our mail order goods, please return them within 28 days of receipt at your own cost and we will exchange them or refund your money – whichever you prefer. There is a form on the back of your invoice with details. Return address is Charlesworth & Son Ltd, Wishaw Lane, Curdworth, Sutton Coldfield, B76 9EL, England. This does not affect your statutory rights. Exchanges will be sent out by second class Royal Mail unless you request and pay for an alternative service. 

All exchanges from outside United Kingdom must be pre-authorized by us and packages must be marked as ‘RETURNED BRITISH GOODS’ & ‘NO VAT OR DUTY DUE’ in order to avoid taxes. We reserve the right to deduct customs duty or clearance fees incurred by us from international returns. If you have any complaints or queries please contact us by e-mail us at sales@charlesworthmouldings.co.uk . We guarantee to answer all queries within 2 working days, although the majority will be answered instantly. We also value and welcome all criticisms or suggestions from our customers. Please note all returned goods must be in an unused re-saleable condition with the original packaging. 

Security 

We will not make your personal details available to anybody else. Credit card information supplied by you is entered directly to the square or paypal secure server,. We neither handle nor store credit card information. 

Privacy Statement 

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you for the order you are making. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. We use a “cookie”, which is stored in your computer’s temporary memory, to allow you to place an order with us but it disappears when you close your web browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent cookies from being accepted at all but this would prevent you from being able to place an order.
