We have our own design of transfer moulding presses for moulding thermoset materials. These machines have up to 80 tons clamp force and a maximum shot weight of 135g.
Transfer moulding is especially suited for parts which require inserts to be moulded in position, over-moulding and for short production runs. Specialising in these short runs and one offs we can accommodate any volume of production and are happy to work to call-off schedules, carrying stock to allow a Kan Ban type delivery system.
